The Lab is my Signature Product. It brings creators together and helps them experiment and grow together.
Your Signature Product can take a lot of different forms: self-paced courses, cohort-based courses, coaching (individual or group), productized services, paid newsletters, membership, and more.
But how do you decide what YOUR Signature Product will be? That's what my next course will help you figure out.
I know my audience wants this course, but I have a lot of details to work through:
- Should I make this self-paced or teach it live?
- What specific outcome(s) will I promise in this course?
- What will the curriculum include (and exclude)?
- What frameworks can I develop to make this easy to understand, implement, and remember?
Then, of course, I have to actually build the thing!
Typically, I do all of this work in private. Then, I start promoting the product – and eventually launch it when it’s fully built.
But this time, I'm doing all of that behind-the-scenes work right in front of you.
